How our content is produced

The articles, guides and product pages published on Pickleball Today are written with the assistance of artificial intelligence, from documented sources.

Our sources

Our content relies on documented sources: manufacturers' technical sheets and documentation, official data, partner merchants' websites and public user reviews. Whenever a figure or statistic is quoted, its source is stated on the page.

What AI never produces

• interview answers, testimonials and quotes: they come exclusively from real people, with their consent;
• user reviews: we invent neither reviews nor "user" ratings;
• survey or study results: every published statistic is sourced.

Some of the images published on Pickleball Today are generated with artificial intelligence. These images are used for illustration purposes.

How our comparison tools work

Ranking criteria

The products featured in our selections and comparisons are ranked by default according to a documentary analysis score: technical characteristics, value for money and user feedback published on the merchant's website. The ranking criterion is stated at the top of each selection.

How the site is funded

Pickleball Today is funded through affiliation: when you buy a product through one of our links, the merchant pays us a commission, at no extra cost to you. This remuneration is the same whichever product you choose and does not influence our rankings. We have no capital ties with the brands and merchants featured.

Completeness

Our comparisons do not cover the entire market: they focus on a selection of products available from our partner merchants (mainly Amazon), chosen for how representative they are in their category.

Prices and updates

Displayed prices come from the merchant's API and exclude any delivery costs. They reflect the date they were retrieved and are refreshed regularly; the binding price is the one displayed on the merchant's website at the time of purchase. We never compute discounts ourselves and make no "best price" or "price guarantee" claims.

Methodology

A documentary analysis, not a laboratory test

Unless explicitly stated on the page, we do not physically test products. Our analyses rely on the study of technical sheets, composition, commercial terms (warranty, delivery, returns) and public buyer reviews published on the merchant's website. When a product has actually been bought or loaned for a hands-on review, the page says so explicitly, with the date and conditions (a loan from the brand is disclosed as such).

How our scores are built

When a score is displayed, it is an analysis score built from a weighted grid of objective criteria (characteristics, value for money, user feedback). It is neither the result of a physical test nor a rating given by users of this site. Pages without sufficient elements display no score.
